Mr Gerard has worked for renowned global brands such as FLSmidth Private Limited, Kone India Technology & Engineering Centre, Dodsal Engineering & Constructions, and Bilfinger Neo Structo Construction Pvt Limited in the capacity of Head of Human Resources. His last assignment in the Hindustan Group of Institutions as the Chief Human Resource Officer saw him playing a pivotal role in facilitating and implementing various HR initiatives in the group.
