- Unique courses in the curriculum e.g. Community Service/Samaj Seva, Mind and Soul Training, Happening Happenings, Industry Analysis.
- Tie up with Harvard and integration of Harvard course materials in curriculum:
- Use of Harvard cases in most courses.
- All students need to take 6 Harvard Online courses; they would get certificates from Harvard on successful completion.
- All students to take 8-12 Harvard Manage Mentor courses; they would get certificates from Harvard on successful completion.
- Embedding of Harvard simulations in select elective courses.
- The curriculum is immersive and experiential. Most courses are taught with a project component and many courses are entirely experiential e.g. Design Thinking, credited Co-Curricular Activities, Samaj Seva, Industry Analysis.
- Widespread use of Simulations: Apart from Harvard simulations, every functional area would have one course that is exclusively based on simulations. This ensures students are industry ready and learn management through doing.
- Excellent, dedicated and highly qualified faculty.
- Industry interaction: 25-40% courses taught by faculty from industry. Moreover, there would be frequent guest lectures from senior people in industry. We also have an outstanding Advisory Board from industry to ensure that the curriculum stays relevant and changes with the times. We have the Centre for Consumer Research in India under whose aegis students can do live industry projects.

- The average placement package so far is Rs 9 lakhs pa for the current MBA second batch.

In addition, we have state-of-the-art infrastructure and thriving out of class activity (e.g. clubs and committees, our B School Fest, sports facilities that are world-class, fun activities with classmates and counterparts from other schools on festival days/events).
- There are numerous courses exclusively related to Fintech and Banking
- A majority (>75%) of the above courses would be taught by practitioners from the Fintech/Banking industries.
- Students at the end of the course will get a minimum of three interview chances at a Bank/Financial Institution/Bank. Thus, the programme comes with a near-job guarantee of Rs 3.75 lakhs to Rs 6.5 lakhs (depending upon the financial institution in which the student is placed).
- The programme would align with the New Education Policy (NEP 2020).
- There would be internships (including paid ones) at Banks and Fintech companies.
- At the end of the course, students can get a job or do an MBA at PSB or elsewhere. Alternatively, they can work for a few years and enhance their MBA prospects.
