Research Interests
Finance, Human Resource Management areas, viz., Empirical Analysis on Financial Performance, Time Series Analysis, Impact of Government Developmental Schemes, Working Performance of Business/Industry, etc. I had the opportunity to evaluate the Government of India, Rural Development Schemes to eradicate the poverty in the rural population. The results of this research are used for to develop and design new schemes for the economic development of the beneficiaries. Also, consultant for various affiliated Colleges in the State for the NAAC SSR Preparation and also to guide them in submission of IIQA to the NAAC.
