We work on the mathematical modeling of the biological systems. The idea is to understand and control the biological networks from the engineering perspective. Currently we are working on the modeling of systemic diseases (to be specific, cancer), fault identification in the biological systems, optimal drugs prediction, and modeling and simulation of bacterial chemotaxis networks.
